为解决直线位移传感器型号多、测试项目多、人工测试效率低、寿命试验系统需单独开发等问题,提出了一种集成化、自动化、智能化的快速测试系统.该快速测试系统集成化测试所用仪器仪表和计算机视觉技术,并利用LabVIEW软件控制硬件,以实现性能项目自动测试和寿命试验的精确控制.应用结果表明,该测试系统通用性强、精度高、长时间工作稳定性好,并可提升测试效率和质量.
Design and Application of Rapid Test System for Linear Displacement Sensor Based on LabVIEW
In order to solve the problems of linear displacement sensors in massive models,multiple test items and inefficient manual testing,as well as the deficiency that life test system needs to be developed separately,an integrated,automatic and intelligent rapid test system is proposed.The rapid test system integrates instrumentation and computer vision technology for testing,and uses LabVIEW to control hardware to achieve automatic testing of performance projects and precise control of life tests.The application results show that the test system has strong versatility,high accuracy,good long-term working stability,and can improve the test efficiency and quality.
