Product Working Environment Impact Analysis and Standard Test Requirements
The working environment of the product is one of the key factors affecting the reliability of the product.Any kind of product is in a certain environment,and it must be stored,transported and used in a certain environment,so its use reliability is closely related to these environmental factors.The environmental adaptability of the product has been set from the product design,research and development,production,and the product environmental resistance is tested through relevant standards and specifications,and only through the environmental assessment of the product,its use reliability can be guaranteed.This paper first introduces the effects of different environmental stresses on products and what failure modes will be caused.Then it introduces how to obtain the use environment of the product;Finally,in order to ensure the environmental adaptability and reliability of the product,how to choose the standard and the assessment requirements of different standards on the environmental adaptability of the product are explained.Through the analysis of the impact on the working environment of the product and the standard test methods and requirements,the reference is provided for the environmental adaptability test design of the product.
