A review of Applied Measurement Uncertainty in Determining That the Measurement Results Conform to CISPR 14-1:2020
CISPR 14-1:2020 requires that when determining whether the measurement results comply with the corresponding limits in the standard, the measurement instrumentation uncertainty as required by CISPR 16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014 should be considered. When making the determination of result conformity, the conclusion should be made by combining the size of the laboratory measurement uncertainty Ulab and the measurement instrumentation uncertainty UCISPR required by CISPR 16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014.This paper reviews how to combine the laboratory measurement uncertainty Ulab and the measurement instrumentation uncertainty UCISPR required by CISPR to determine the result conformity in CISPR 14-1:2020.
