Study on Corrosion Behavior of Novel Nanocoatings in External Field Corrosion Environment
Evaluate the corrosion resistance of the new nanocoating system in marine atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric environment.The appearance rating method,thickness loss analysis method,electrochemical impedance analysis method and fatigue life analysis method were used to compare and analyze the gloss,color difference,comprehensive rating grade,thickness loss,fatigue life and impedance characteristics of the new nano-coating system and the(TB06-9+TS96-71)coating system under different exposure times in marine atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric environment.With the increase of the action time of the external corrosive environment,the comprehensive grade of the two types of coating systems increases,the thickness loss increases,and the electrochemical impedance value decreases,and the external exposure environment has a greater impact on the corrosion resistance of the two types of coatings than the inner and outer field under-shed environment and the industrial atmospheric environment than the marine environment,but the fatigue life of the two types of coating systems does not change significantly under the action of the external corrosion environment within 12 months,and the comprehensive analysis of the corrosion damage characteristics and corrosion damage laws of the two types of coating systems shows that the nano-coating has better weather resistance.However,compared with the(TB06-9+TS96-71)coating system,its corrosion resistance is poor.After 12 months of natural exposure test in marine atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric environment,there is no obvious difference in corrosion resistance,and the appearance comprehensive assessment level is grade 2,which affects the gloss,color difference and thickness of the sample to a certain extent,but the impact on the fatigue life of the specimen is negligible,and it can be seen from the impedance spectrum of the two types of coatings that(TB06-9+TS96-71)coating system has better corrosion resistance than the new nanocoating system.
