Comparative Study on Aging Behavior of Epoxy Anti-Corrosion Coatings in Typical Marine Atmospheric Environments
The natural exposure aging tests of epoxy anti-corrosion coatings were carried out in typical marine and atmospheric environments(Yellow Sea,East China Sea and South China Sea)Digital cameras,scanning electron microscopes,X-rays,corrosion electrochemistry and pull-out testing machines were used to test the macroscopic and microscopic morphology,low-frequency impedance modulus,adhesion and composition of the coating after atmospheric exposure,and compared and analyzed.The comprehensive results showed that the main aging the combined effects of solar radiation,temperature and humidity.The outdoor environment of the South China Sea is much worse than that of the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea,and the outdoor environment of the Yellow Sea is relatively better.
