本文结合可靠性统计试验的工程实践,通过对产品寿命分布中各参数选取和取值方法的分析研究,探讨了可靠性统计试验方案的确定原则与确定方法.制定一个合适的试验方案,为产品顺利开展可靠性验证试验提供依据.
Abstract
This paper,based on the engineering practice of reliability statistical experiments,explores the principles and methods of determining the statistical experiment plan for reliability through an analysis and study of the parameters and value methods in the distribution of product lifetimes.It aims to develop an appropriate experimental plan as a basis for the smooth implementation of reliability verification tests for products.
