Experiment and Method for Evaluating Oil Leakage Faults in Distribution Transformers
The reliability assessment of the fault status of distribution transformers is of great significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of equipment and avoiding production safety accidents. This article proposes a reliability evaluation method for distribution transformers considering oil leakage faults based on experimental data.Firstly,an experimental plan for oil leakage faults in distribution transformers was proposed to obtain transformer oil pressure, oil level, and temperature data under different states;Secondly, based on experimental data,a reliability evaluation model is constructed from a mechanistic perspective to fit the characteristic curve of transformer oil leakage state changes; Finally, compare the variation characteristic curve with the laws of temperature and pressure to evaluate the reliability of distribution transformer performance.Through experimental environments and on-site examples, the results show that the reliability evaluation method proposed in this paper is feasible, can reduce the occurrence rate of faults in distribution transformers, and improve operational reliability.
