Design of Reliability Evaluation Method for Electric Vehicle Mechanical Transmission under Markov Chain Correlation
The reliability of mechanical automatic transmissions directly affects the safety of the entire electric vehicle.To this end,a reliability evaluation method for electric vehicle mechanical automatic transmissions is studied.Conduct operation mode analysis on various components of electric vehicle mechanical automatic transmission to determine the main factors affecting its reliability.According to the results of operation mode analysis,Markov chains of each failure mode are obtained by using state enumeration and Monte Carlo sampling methods,and Discretization processing in time domain is carried out.Based on the state samples obtained by Discretization processing in time domain,a simulation State-transition matrix is constructed,and reliability indicators of electric vehicle mechanical automatic transmission can be calculated to evaluate the reliability of automatic transmission.The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can obtain high-precision and high-efficiency reliability evaluation results for electric vehicle mechanical automatic transmissions.
