Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Thermal Performance of Generator Units Under Variable Operating Conditions Under Reliability Feature Reconstruction
Under the influence of gas content and thermal stress, the thermal performance of the generator set under variable operating conditions is unstable. Therefore, dynamic simulation analysis of the thermal performance of the generator set under variable operating conditions was conducted.Analyze the efficiency impact indicators of the gas steam combined cycle, simulate the thermodynamic characteristics of the power generation unit, select any sample from the thermal efficiency,low-end cycle model, and energy efficiency, calculate the correlation between similar and heterogeneous sample sets, retain the thermodynamic characteristic samples of the power generation unit with high correlation, continuously improve the thermodynamic characteristics of the power generation unit, and obtain the energy balance calculation results under variable operating conditions, including thermal balance, energy balance, and other related contents,Confirm the thermal performance under variable operating conditions. The simulation experiment results show that after adjusting the content of coke oven gas and blast furnace gas, initial gas temperature, and compressor compression ratio, the combustion chamber and waste heat boiler are the parts that generate more heat losses. The thermal efficiency of the generator set is limited by various factors such as initial gas temperature, compressor inlet temperature, and compression ratio. The compression ratio can be adjusted based on actual working conditions to achieve the optimal state of the generator set.
