摘要
可靠性和环境试验的性能测试中,常常需要用到以数字电压表为核心的数字化仪表.当设计一个基于ICL7135芯片的 4-1/2位数字电压表电路时,需要对数字显示部分进行首位消隐的功能设计,传统的数字电压表电路中利用单片机的程序控制实现消隐,当设计电路中不采用单片机时,需考虑新的设计实现首位消隐.本文利用电压表电路中CD4511译码芯片的消隐端,结合A/D芯片的输出信号,设计一个复合逻辑门电路,实现对电路的首位正确消隐.经实验验证,复合逻辑门电路的设计思路是可行的,能保证数字电压表电路首1/2位消隐功能的实现.
Abstract
In the performance testing of reliability and environmental testing,digital instruments with digital voltmeters as the core are often needed.When designing a 4-1/2 bit digital voltmeter circuit based on the ICL7135 chip,it is necessary to design the first blanking function for the digital display part.In traditional digital voltmeter circuits,the program control of a microcontroller is used to achieve blanking.When a microcontroller is not used in the circuit design,a new design to achieve first blanking needs to be considered.In this paper,a composite logic gate circuit is designed using the blanking end of the CD4511 decoding chip in the voltmeter circuit,combined with the output signal of the A/D chip,to achieve correct first digit blanking of the circuit.Through experimental verification,the design concept of the composite logic gate circuit is feasible and can ensure the implementation of the first half bit blanking function in the digital voltmeter circuit.
