摘要
能力验证作为一种实验室监控自身能力的重要质量评价手段,可有效评估确认实验室相关技术能力.本文围绕电动汽车充电桩效率试验能力验证计划,就样品参数设定、试验方法步骤、测试数据评定和结果能力评价等内容进行探讨,并对试验不满意的原因进行分析总结,希望对提升实验室整体水平有所帮助.
Abstract
As an important quality evaluation method for monitoring the ability of laboratory,proficiency testing can effectively evaluate and confirm the related technical ability of laboratory.In this paper,the design of the sample parameters,the procedure of the test method,the evaluation of the test data and the evaluation of the result ability are discussed,and the reasons for the unsatisfactory test were analyzed and summarized,hoping to improve the overall level of laboratory.
