全通信链路分配下的智能变电站安全光纤在线监测方法

现阶段应用于智能变电站的安全光纤在线监测方法,存在监测误差过大问题,原因在于智能变电站通信网络的链路拓扑结构与电路分布结构之间存在异步结构信息不对称,对应位置节点的状态服务不能按照配置参量回传,造成实际链路状态服务中断,而映射判定信息由于链路时延造成其链路重要度降低,进而出现监测结果的偏差.为此,提出方法中采用全通信链路分配的优化方案,通过定义全通信链路分配下智能变电站安全光纤节点状态编码规则、变电站安全节点服务在线链路重要度计算、全通信链路分配下的智能变电站安全光纤在线监测结果输出三部分,实现对其全局判别参量的优化.实验结果表明,其具备提升在线监测精准度的能力,且相比传统方法具有更好的鲁棒性.
Online Monitoring Method of Intelligent Substation Under Full Communication Link Distribution
At present,the safety fiber optic online monitoring method applied in intelligent substations has the problem of excessive monitoring errors.The reason is that there is asynchronous structural information asymmetry between the link topology and circuit distribution structure of the communication network in intelligent substations,and the status service of corresponding position nodes cannot be transmitted back according to the configuration parameters,resulting in actual link status service interruption.The mapping judgment information is reduced in its link importance due to link delay,This leads to deviations in the monitoring results.To this end,an optimization scheme using full communication link allocation is proposed in the method,which optimizes the global discrimination parameters by defining the coding rules for the safety fiber optic node status of the intelligent substation under full communication link allocation,calculating the importance of the online link of the substation safety node service,and outputting the results of the online monitoring of the safety fiber optic of the intelligent substation under full communication link allocation.The experimental results show that it has the ability to improve the accuracy of online monitoring and has better robustness compared to traditional methods.
