Full State Dual Loop Control Method for Fuel Cell DC Converters Used in Vehicles
A full state dual loop control method for fuel cell DC converters used in vehicles is studied to obtain more stable output voltage and meet the requirements of vehicle power supply.Analyze the output characteristics of fuel cells, reveal the relationship between fuel cell output voltage and current, use it as a basis and combine it with the structure of the automotive power system to design a secondary Boost converter.Based on the analysis of its main circuit structure and working principle, propose a full state dual loop control strategy based on input voltage feedforward. The current inner loop control adjusts the switch operation by comparing the difference between the actual output current and the expected output current,To control the output current of fuel cells during load changes; The voltage outer loop controller adjusts the switch state based on the difference between the output voltage and the expected voltage value, achieving control of the fuel cell output voltage. The experimental results show that this method can achieve DC converter control, with stable output voltage waveform, small voltage ripple, low overshoot, and high control efficiency after control.
