舰船电子设备高加速环境应力筛选试验方法的探讨

高加速环境应力筛选采用同时施加综合应力的方式进行,可在不改变故障机理的前提下,最大限度的激发电子产品的早期故障,缩短筛选周期.本文以某型舰船电子设备为研究对象,通过与常规环境应力筛选方法对比,结果表明筛选时间不仅可缩短50%以上,同时筛选效果更佳.
Discussion on Screening Test Method of High Acceleration Environmental Stress for Shipborne Electronic Equipment
Under the premise of not changing the failure mechanism,screening of high acceleration environmental stress is carried out by applying comprehensive stress at the same time,the early failure of electronic products can be stimulated to the maximum extent,and the screening period can be shortened.This paper takes the electronic equipment of a certain type of Shipborne as the research object,compare with that conventional environmental stress screening method,the results show that not only screening time can be shortened by more than 50%,but also the screening effect is better.
