长寿命压电加速度传感器寿命试验及评估技术

针对长寿命传感器寿命评估困难的问题,本文提出一种长寿命压电加速度传感器产品寿命和可靠性评估方法.通过对压电加速度传感器产品进行物理特性、电特性、环境特性和应力分析,确定其失效判据,根据特性分析和应力分析确定敏感元件并制定试验方法为温度-振动复合应力试验,进行两因素两水平正交试验设计,测量产品试验中常温零点输出并绘制曲线,对曲线进行线性拟合外推产品伪寿命数据,代入广义对数线性模型并求解模型参数,最终计算得出产品正常应力的可靠寿命.确定产品正常工作应力 95%可靠性寿命在 25 年以上,满足各应用场景对产品的寿命和可靠性要求.得出结论温度振动复合应力试验及其数据分析方法能有效评估长寿命压电加速度传感器寿命和可靠性指标,在工程实际上有一定参考和实践意义.
Life Test and Evaluation Technology of Long Life Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor
Aiming at the difficulty of evaluating the life of long-life sensors,a method of evaluating the life and reliability of long-life piezoelectric acceleration sensors is proposed in this paper.Through the physical characteristics,electrical characteristics,environmental characteristics and stress analysis of the piezoelectric acceleration sensor product,the failure criterion is determined,the sensitive element is determined according to the characteristic analysis and stress analysis,and the test method is formulated as temperature-vibration composite stress test,the two-factor and two-level orthogonal test design is carried out,and the zero-point output in the product test at normal temperature is measured and the curve is drawn.The pseudo life data of the product is extrapolated by linear fitting of the curve,and the reliable life of the product under normal stress is obtained by substituting the generalized log-linear model and solving the model parameters.It is determined that the normal working stress of the product is 95%and the reliability life is more than 25 years,which meets the life and reliability requirements of the product in various application scenarios.It is concluded that the temperature vibration combined stress test and its data analysis method can effectively evaluate the life and reliability indexes of long-life piezoelectric acceleration sensors,which has certain reference and practical significance in engineering practice.
