Residual Stress Release Characteristics of Waveform Generator in Shock Response Spectrum Test
In response to the phenomenon of significant deviation caused by continuous impact of specimens in impact tests, finite element analysis was conducted on the stress release behavior of the waveform generator of the impact response table. The waveform generator was subjected to impact tests by changing its static time and comparing the impact waveforms under different static times.Through heat treatment, the deformation recovery of the waveform generator was accelerated, thereby improving the experimental accuracy of the impact test. The research provides a theoretical basis for the future research and application of waveform generators in shock response spectrum tests.
