Functional Vibration System of High-Power Hydraulic Pump Based on H∞ Control
In the functional vibration test of high-power hydraulic pump,the structure verification without working condition is often used to evaluate the product.With the complexity of the working conditions and faults of high-power hydraulic pump in the aircraft,only structural verification cannot meet the requirements of functional vibration test in practical applications.In this paper,the simplified control model of the functional random vibration test control system of high power hydraulic pump is established,and the H∞ controller is designed on this basis,which enhances the anti-interference ability of the functional vibration test control system.The simulation results show that the designed H∞ controller has good control effect.Finally,field tests were carried out on the three axes of the tested product respectively to verify the H∞ control of the interference in the test control system.The test results show that the functional vibration test control system can effectively reduce the interference signal caused by the functional loading of each axial product,control the response spectrum within the tolerance range of the target spectrum,successfully complete the functional random vibration test,and the system function is reliable.
