再生铝在A356铝合金车轮中的应用

本文利用常规A356铝合金车轮产品,在相同铸造工艺、热处理工艺、机加工工艺的背景下,优化原材料配比,以铝屑、脱漆废轮、回收废轮作为再生原材料,提高再生铝在原材料中的占比,从而实现提高回收率、降低碳排放的目的,本文重点讨论提高铝屑和回收废轮的占比带来的影响,通过提高铝屑添加量、在使用高铝屑比例前提下使用回收废轮进行两次试验,从材料成分、杂质含量、机械性能以及金相组织的角度进行分析,结果是积极的,同时探寻铝合金再生率提高和碳排放降低方向.
Recycle Aluminum Application in Wheel Made by A356
This paper come from research on Aluminum alloy wheel made by A356,under the same background of casting process,heat treatment process and machining technology,optimizes the proportion of raw materials,new recycled aluminum alloy is made by aluminum flakes,scrap wheel from painting process and scrap wheel from after marketing,increase the recycle content in raw material,in order to increase recycle content ratio and get lower carbon emission.This paper will focus on the influence of aluminum flakes and scrap wheel from after marketing,and two kinds of typical test is designed based on this two recycle contents,new material is analyzed from element changes,impurities,strength and microstructure,the results are all positive,and we explore the possible direction of higher recycle aluminum and lower carbon from this research at the same time.
