装备内部局部环境条件决定了内部组件环境适应性及功能性能的发挥,因此电子装备的环境适应性设计、验证可基于电子装备局部环境条件(类型)和严酷度等级开展.本文总结分析了国内外电子装备局部环境条件监测方法及常用严酷度分级技术,提出腐蚀效应监测与腐蚀严酷分级的发展方向,为电子装备环境适应性设计、评价提供参考.
Research on Local Environmental Corrosion Monitoring Method and Severity Classification Technology of Electronic Equipment
The local environmental conditions of the equipment determine the environmental adaptability and functional performance of internal components.Therefore,the environmental adaptability design and verification of the electronic equipment can be based on the local environmental conditions(types)and severity levels of electronic equipment.This paper summarizes and analyzes the local environmental condition monitoring methods and common severity classification techniques for the electronic equipment at home and abroad,and proposes the development direction of corrosion effect monitoring and severity classification.It provides reference for the design and evaluation of environmental adaptability of the electronic equipment.
