This paper analyzes the typical case of EMU terminal connector burning,and finds that the connector insulation platform has the phenomenon of continuous aging during use,and the dust intake inside the connector also increases with the increase of mileage,which further reduces the insulation performance.Through testing,analysis and summary,suggestions for the use and maintenance of connectors are given to reduce the risk of burnout failure.
