文章针对动车组车端连接器烧损的典型案例进行分析,发现连接器绝缘台在使用过程中存在不断老化的现象,且连接器内部的进尘量随着运用里程的增加也在增加,使绝缘性能进一步下降.通过试验、分析、总结,给出了连接器使用维护的建议,以降低烧损故障发生的风险.
Burnout Analysis of EMU End Connectors
This paper analyzes the typical case of EMU terminal connector burning,and finds that the connector insulation platform has the phenomenon of continuous aging during use,and the dust intake inside the connector also increases with the increase of mileage,which further reduces the insulation performance.Through testing,analysis and summary,suggestions for the use and maintenance of connectors are given to reduce the risk of burnout failure.
