As the core of high-tech warfare and electronic warfare,electronic components are the basis for the electronic,automated,and intelligent weapons and equipment.In most cases,malfunctions in weapons and equipment are caused by components.Therefore,it is crucial to complete the failure analysis of electronic components.This article briefly introduces the basic flow of failure analysis of electronic components,the technical means of failure analysis,and the current status of failure analysis technology development,intending to provide reference for the further development of electronic components failure analysis technology.
