大型综合环境试验箱作为大型设备环境适应性及可靠性试验的重要设备之一,对产品的性能及评估优化具有重要作用.本文的目的是通过系统阐述大型综合试验箱的工作原理及设计,为后续的系统优化提供依据;同时利用CFD数值模拟计算得到不同送风速度下的速度场分布.数值模拟计算结果表明,空箱运行时,试验箱内会形成回旋涡流现象;但增加振动台及试验件时,这一现象消失,但送风侧的速度下降;随着高度地升高,气流速度呈现先下降后上升的趋势;增加振动台及试验件时,对速度场的扰流作用较大.
Design of Large Scale Comprehensive Environmental Test Chamber and Study on Velocity Field
As one of the important equipment for environmental adaptability and reliability testing of large-scale equipment,the large-scale comprehensive environmental test chamber plays an important role in the performance and evaluation optimization of products.The purpose of this paper is to systematically explain the working principle and design of a large-scale comprehensive test chamber,providing a basis for subsequent system optimization.Meanwhile,using CFD numerical simulation to calculate the velocity field distribution under different air supply speeds.The results indicate that swirling vortex phenomenon will form inside the test chamber;when the vibration table and test pieces are added,this phenomenon disappears,but the speed on the air supply side decreases.The airflow velocity shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of height;When adding vibration tables and test pieces,the disturbance effect on the velocity field is significant.
