Design and Analysis of Heat Dissipation of A Ventilation Cooling Cabinet
This paper introduces a 19-inch 4U ventilated and cold cabinet, which supports the insertion and removal of LRM modules in ASAAC standard 6U.The whole chassis has high heat consumption and concentrated heat, and the chassis uses a combination of heat conduction and forced air cooling to dissipate heat.Due to the size limitation, the back plate adopts the way of opening air holes to ensure that cold air passes through the surface of LRM module.Using FoEFD thermal simulation software to analyze and verify the thermal simulation in the chassis design stage, rationally optimize the chassis air duct and ensure the smooth design of the air duct. Finally, through the high temperature+60℃test,the thermal design of the chassis meets the thermal design requirements, which provides a reference for other similar chassis designs and has good guiding significance.
