摘要
高低温环境属于电子产品经常遇到的环境,其试验与适应性评估是舰载电子产品研制环境工程的重要工作内容.本文结合电子产品高低温环境试验与评估的基本流程,系统梳理了高低温环境试验与适应性评估问题,对温度稳定时间、温度保持时间以及温变速率、检测项目确定等提出建议,给出可操作性强的高低温适应性评估核查样表,为高低温环境适应性的准确验证提供借鉴.
Abstract
The environment of low and high temperature are often encountered by electronic products,and their test and adaptability evaluation are an important part of environment engineering for shipborne electronic products development.In this paper,combined with the basic process of low and high temperature environmental test and evaluation of electronic products,the problems of them is systematically combed.Suggestions on temperature stability time,temperature holding time,temperature change rate and determination of test items are put forward,and a sample table of low and high temperature adaptability evaluation with strong operability is given,which provides reference for accurate verification of low and high temperature environmental adaptability.
