Preparation of Low Gloss IRLEC and Simulation of Optimal Content of Pigmented Filler Al-Sr10
In order to simulate the optimal pigment content for Al-Sr10-based low gloss and low emissivity coatings,a method for simulating the pigment content of infrared-compatible coatings has been developed based on the microstructural features of these coatings and the theory of one-dimensional photonic structures. The feasibility of this type of method was also investigated by means of simulation and experimental validation, and the emissivity and gloss properties of Al-Sr10-based coatings were also explored using pure aluminum-based coatings as a control group, and the results showed that the optimal Al-Sr10 content obtained from the calculations was in agreement with the simulated values;Al-Sr10-based coatings have better IR low emissivity and low gloss properties compared to pure aluminum-based coatings.
