基于物联网的变压器远程监测系统设计

针对变压器运行过程中依靠人工定期巡检完成运维,存在人工劳动强度大、检查不全面、巡检周期长、效率低等问题,结合物联网技术技术,设计了变压器远程监测系统,提出了基于GPRS的通信方案,依次设计系统的感知层、网络层、应用层,实现了变压器运行信息的实时远程监测,对进入范围内的物体进行拍照并上传预警.通过系统测试表明:监测系统具有较高稳定性,有效缩短巡检周期,对变压器的智能化、网络化发展具有重要意义.
Design of Remote Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things
Relying on manual inspections during the operation of the transformer to complete the operation and maintenance during the operation of the transformer,there are problems such as large labor intensity,incomplete inspection,long inspection cycle,and low efficiency.Combined with the IoT technology technology,the transformer remote monitoring system is designed.GPRS's communication scheme,the perceived layer,network layer,and application layer of the system in turn,real-time remote monitoring of the operating information of the transformer,and taking pictures of objects entering the range and uploading early warning.The system test shows that the monitoring system has high stability and effectively shorten the inspection cycle,which is of great significance to the intelligent and networked development of the transformer.
