Study on the Vibration Transmission Characteristics of Ball Hinge Supports Between the Satellite Communication Antenna and the Airplane
The Vibration Transmission Characteristics of Ball Hinge Supports between the Satellite Communication Antenna(SCA)and the Airplane were studied.Firstly a simulated SCA was made on the basis of dynamic similarity, subsequently a test bed was formed by a vibration environment test system,a dynamic data acquisition and analysis system. Then a vibration test was preceded with close-loop control method excited by the PSD load stated in DO-160G,at the same time the acceleration PSD was recorded form the base and upper bracket of the ball hinge supports, moreover the RMS and vibration transmissibility calculated was compared with each other, there were some different vibration transmission characteristics were revealed in different test direction:(1)in the direction of course and vertical, vibration energy was amplified, especially an relative amplification factor 21.26% was observed by the cooperation of mean RMS data;(2))in the direction of lateral, vibration energy was attenuated, about 31.08%,at the same way;(3)in the entire range of(10~2 000)Hz,the downtrend was shown for the mean vibration transmissibility with in the lower band, under all three directions, such as course amplification factor was 5.46,lateral factor was 4.23,vertical factor was 7.55.
