Corrosion Resistance of Composite Coating of Self-Assembled Polyglutamic Acid/TOBramycin on ZK60 Magnesium Alloy
Olyglutamic acid/TOBramycin composite coating was prepared on ZK60 magnesium alloy by chemical treatment and layer-by-layer self-assembly to improve its corrosion resistance. The surface morphology of the composite coating before and after corrosion was analyzed. The corrosion behavior of(PGA/TOB)n composite coating was investigated by using hydrogen evolution,pH value and corrosion weight loss measurement. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the magnesium ally of the fluorine conversion film treated by calcium hydroxide and the magnesium alloy assembled with TOBramycin is improved, but the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy with 20 assembled layers is reduced. The corrosion resistance from large to small is(PGA/TOB)10>CaF2/MgF2>ZK60 magnesium alloy>(PGA/TOB)20.
