摘要

常规环境应力筛选是舰载电子产品可靠性保证的重要工作.常规环境应力筛选采用温度循环和随机振动两个单应力,每个应力均有对应的参数要求.本文通过分析GJB 1032A等相关标准要求,结合舰载电子产品平台特点,提出了不同筛选参数的确定方法,用于指导舰载电子产品的常规筛选.

Abstract

Conventional Environmental stress screening is an important work to ensure the reliability of shipborne electronic products.Conventional Environmental stress screening uses two single stresses,Temperature cycling and random vibration,and each stress has corresponding parameter requirements.This article analyzes the requirements of relevant standards such as GJB1032A,and combines the characteristics of shipborne electronic product platforms to propose methods for determining different screening parameters,which are used to guide the routine screening of shipborne electronic products.
