摘要

为探索丝网印刷工艺在汽车外饰零件上的应用可行性,本文利用丝网印刷工艺制作样件,按照汽车外饰油漆要求开展铅笔硬度,附着力,高压水冲击,耐燃油,耐酸碱,耐光性测试.试验结果表明:①丝网印刷工艺在汽车外饰零件应用可行,推荐采用底漆/色漆/清漆/油墨结构.②丝网印刷油墨具有良好的附着力,在高压水冲击,耐燃油,耐酸碱测试中表现优异.③油墨颜色影响耐光结果,绿色油墨耐光性能较好,白色油墨耐光性能较差.

Abstract

To explore the feasibility of applying screen printing technology to automotive exterior parts,this article uses screen printing technology to make samples,and conducts pencil hardness,adhesion,high-pressure water impact,fuel resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and light resistance tests according to the requirements of automotive exterior paint.The experimental results indicate that the screen printing process is feasible for the application of automotive exterior parts,and it is recommended to use a primer/paint/varnish/ink structure.2.Screen printing ink has good adhesion and performs well in high-pressure water impact,fuel resistance,and acid and alkali resistance tests.3.The color of the ink affects the light resistance results,with green ink having better light resistance and white ink having poorer light resistance.
