摘要
安装在舰艇上的上架机箱设备需要进行振动和摆锤试验,机箱无法直接固定在振动台需要设计特定的振动工装.为适应振动和摆锤冲击要求,本文采用有限元仿真技术对振动工装进行分析,从而对振动工装进行优化设计,实现振动工装的最优结构设计.
Abstract
The shelf chassis equipment installed on the ship requires vibration and pendulum tests,and the chassis cannot be directly fixed to the shaking table,requiring the design of specific vibration tools.In order to meet the requirement of vibration and pendulum impact,the finite charge simulation technology is used to analyze the vibration tool,so as to optimize the design of the vibration tool and realize the optimal structure design of the vibration tool.
