电力系统关键业务指标管控平台研究

由于构建的电力系统关键业务指标体系中指标的全面性不足,导致平台的管控效果不佳.因此,设计了电力系统关键业务指标管控平台.在硬件设计上,设计了数据采集卡和通信器;在软件设计上,根据电力系统的运行状态和运行性能,在遵循五项原则的基础上,分别从电力供应、电力传输、电力分配、电力设备和电力系统管理五个方面构建电力系统关键业务指标体系,并分别计算指标体系中不同指标的主观权重值、客观权重值和综合权重值,由此制定相应的管控措施,设计出对应的管控方案.通过上述软硬件的设计,完成对电力系统关键业务指标管控平台的设计.在实验测试结果表明,设计的电力系统关键业务指标管控平台在实际应用中运行维护成本低,管控效果好.
Research on Key Business Indicator Control Platform for Power System
Due to insufficient comprehensiveness of the key business indicators in the constructed power system,the control effectiveness of the platform is not satisfactory.Therefore,a control platform for key business indicators of the power system has been designed.In terms of hardware design,a data acquisition card and a communicator were designed;In terms of software design,based on the operational status and performance of the power system,and following five principles,a key business indicator system for the power system is constructed from five aspects:power supply,power transmission,power distribution,power equipment,and power system management.The subjective weight value,objective weight value,and comprehensive weight value of different indicators in the indicator system are calculated,and corresponding control measures are formulated accordingly,design corresponding control plans.Through the design of the above software and hardware,the design of the control platform for key business indicators in the power system has been completed.The experimental test results show that the designed power system key business indicator control platform has low maintenance costs and good control effects in practical applications.
