摘要
燃气轮机电气附件可靠性试验中需对压力信号器进行功能测试,由于可靠性试验时间较长,受试样件全程安装在三综合试验箱内,为实现压力信号器可靠性试验中动作压力及过载压力功能测试,本文设计了一种压力信号器测试系统,简化了试验中测试步骤,提高试验中测试效率,为燃机附件可靠性试验中功能性能测试提供参考方法.
Abstract
The reliability test of the electrical accessories of the gas turbine requires the functional test of the pressure annuncaitor.Due to the long reliability test time,the sample is installed in the three comprehensive test box throughout the whole process,in order to realize the operating pressure and static overload test of the presssure signal device,this paper designs a pressure signal device test system,which simplifies the test steps,improve the test effciency in the test,and provides a reference method for the functional performance test in the gas tuebine reliability test.
