动车组蓄电池线缆环境特性及寿命评估研究

轨道交通大量线缆服役周期到了次轮四级修的时间,同时其外观性能检测未有异常.在安全可靠的前提下对已经服役的电线电缆进行可靠性及寿命研究,为降本增效提供技术支持.线缆的工作环境是影响其寿命及可靠性的关键指标,按照线缆工作环境选择关键应力进行可靠性评估才具有较高的置信度.本文首先分析蓄电池供电线缆工作环境和蓄电池线缆的失效机理;随后,基于失效机理、工作环境设计线缆的可靠性及加速寿命试验方案;通过对试验数据分析,依据线缆的加速寿命模型,对线缆进行可靠性寿命评估.试验结果表明,热应力条件下是能够加速线缆的绝缘老化的,经过计算服役达到次轮四级修的线缆剩余寿命为17.4年.
Study on Environmental Characteristics and Life Evaluation of EMU Battery Cables
The service cycle of a large number of rail transit cables has reached the four-stage repair time of the second round,and its appearance performance has not been abnormal.Under the premise of safety and reliability,the reliability and life of the wire and cable already in service are studied to provide technical support for cost reduction and efficiency increase.The working environment of the cable is the key index that affects its life and reliability.The reliability evaluation can be carried out with high confidence only by selecting the key stress according to the working environment of the cable.This paper firstly analyzes the working environment and failure mechanism of battery power supply cable.Then,based on the failure mechanism and working environment,the reliability and accelerated life test scheme of the cable are designed.Based on the analysis of the test data and the accelerated life model of the cable,the reliability life of the cable is evaluated.The test results show that the insulation aging of the cable can be accelerated under the condition of thermal stress,and the remaining life of the cable reaching the fourth round repair is 17.4 years.
