线束端子和紧固件搭接腐蚀性能的研究

通过中性盐雾试验、循环腐蚀试验和整车强化腐蚀试验对线束端子和紧固件连接位置的电偶腐蚀行为展开了研究,试验结果表明,线束端子和镀锌镍紧固件之间容易发生电偶腐蚀,且循环腐蚀试验和整车强化腐蚀试验结果的相关性较好,而中性盐雾试验的相关性较差,且镀锌镍和线束端子搭接不会造成由于电偶腐蚀导致的整车功能失效.
The Research on the Corrosion Property of the Connection Between the Wire Harness and the Bolt
Through neutral salt spray test,cyclic corrosion test and vehicle enhanced corrosion test,the galvanic corrosion behavior of wire harness terminals and fasteners is studied.The test results show that galvanic corrosion is easy to occur between wire harness terminals and galvanized nickel fasteners,and the correlation between cyclic corrosion test and vehicle enhanced corrosion test is good,while the correlation between neutral salt spray test is poor,and galvanized nickel and wire harness terminal overlap will not cause vehicle function failure due to galvanic corrosion.
