Research on the Emission of VOC in Vehicle Interior Under Simulated High Temperature Conditions in Turpan
Combined with ISO 12219-1:2021 and other vehicle high-temperature test standards,a comprehensive analysis of the VOC emitted by the interior after simulated extreme high temperature in the vehicle was carried out from several aspects, such as the field test conditions in Turpan, the high-temperature irradiation mode of the simulated cabin, and the high-temperature test conditions, the analysis results show that the test method can increase the temperature in the test car by increasing the irradiance,so that the temperature in the car is close to the extreme high temperature in the Turpan media test, and at the same time, the VOC emission is close to the state after summer exposure in domestic cities, which is closer to the upper limit of the user's actual car environment. The analysis results of this paper aim to provide a theoretical basis for OEMs to simulate the emission of VOC in interior interiors under extreme high temperature in summer.
