Analysis of the Influence of Sand and Dust Weather on the Performance of Roof Photovoltaic Modules
In the dust affected area of northwest China, the sand and dust weather in winter and spring has a great impact on the power generation performance of PV modules. In this paper, taking the grid connected power generation system of roof photovoltaic modules in Xi'an area as an example, the impact of sand and dust weather and in winter and spring on the power generation performance of photovoltaic modules is analyzed by analyzing the specific power generation capacity of PV modules, combined with the dust-covered condition of PV module surface. The results show that the power generation performance of the module significantly decreases after sand and dust weather and in winter and spring.Cleaning has a significant increase in the power generation efficiency of the modules. However,in the case of difficult maintenance and unable to clean in time,The BIPV system has less dust accumulation and has more advantages in power generation performance.
