Design and Application of Composite Loading Test and Parameter Monitoring Platform for Thin-Walled Shell
A composite loading test and parameter monitoring platform has been developed to address the issues of unclear failure modes and difficult life assessment of thin-walled shell components in complex environments.The internal balance loading method designed by combining loading devices and vibration fixtures is used to apply force loading to thin-walled shells,effectively solving the decoupling problem of the force loading and the coupling environment of temperature,humidity and vibration.Through the integrated design of multiple control and monitoring systems,the integrated control and monitoring functions is achieved.The platform can provide temperature,humidity,force,and vibration environments for thin-walled shell components,and can also monitor and record real-time signals such as temperature,humidity,force,vibration,and strain,effectively simulating a more realistic working environment for equipment,providing strong support for equipment development and assessment.
