The Single Event Effect Failure rate of Avionic Electronic Hardware is the important elementary data input in the System Safety Analysis process.The complex technical trends of new complex devices bring new concepts into the Single Event Effect Failure rate.Based on the study on findings of the available international requirements on SEE Failure rate,this paper explores the Airworthiness Certification Data Requirements on the Single Event Effect Failure for complex Airborne Electronic Hardware which may be a reference for designers.
