The Exploration on the Metrics Requirements of the Single Event Effect Failure Rate of Airborne Electronic Hardware
The Single Event Effect Failure rate of Avionic Electronic Hardware is the important elementary data input in the System Safety Analysis process,whose metrics requirements is a difficult key point.Based on the study on findings of the available international requirements on SEE Failure rate,the authors provide a set of directions for exploring the metrics requirements on the Single Event Effect Failure for complex Airborne Electronic Hardware,which may be a reference for designers.
