The Exploration on the Data Acquisition of the Single Event Effect Failure Rate of Simple and Complex Airborne Electronic Hardware
The Single Event Effect Failure rate of Airborne Electronic Hardware is the important elementary data input in the System Safety Analysis process.Due to the different technical definition of the classification of Simple/Complex Hardware,the data acquisition methods may differ for the Single Event Effect Failure rate.Based on the study of AMC 20-152A-2022 Development Assurance for Airborne Electronic Hardware(AEH),this paper provides a set of understandings on the Data Acquisition on the Single Event Effect Failure for Simple and Complex Airborne Electronic Hardware,which may be a reference for designers.
