变频空调因其节能、舒适等优点逐渐取代定频空调,变频空调功率器件开关产生的谐波和电磁干扰大,本文就某款变频中央空调在研发过程中空调外机、内机和线控器通信网络受到干扰异常停机的问题进行了深入分析,探讨了变频空调干扰产生的原因、干扰造成停机的机理,提出了强化校验、重要数据冗余编码和接收软件滤波处理的解决方案,新的方案经验证可有效解决数据错误接收导致的空调异常停机问题,提升了通信可靠性.
Research on Reliability Improvement of Inverter Air Conditioning Communication in Harsh Electromagnetic Environment
Inverter air conditioners gradually replace fixed-frequency air conditioners due to their energy-saving,comfortable and other advantages.The harmonics and electromagnetic interference generated by the switching of inverter air conditioners'power devices are large.This paper analyzes the problem of abnormal shutdown caused by interference in the communication network of external,internal and wire controllers during the research and development process of a certain inverter air conditioner.The reasons for the interference of inverter air conditioners and the mechanism of shutdown caused by interference are discussed,and solutions are proposed to strengthen the verification,redundant coding of important data,and filtering processing of receiving software.The new solution has been proven to effectively solve the problem of abnormal shutdown of air conditioners caused by data error reception,and improve the reliability of communication.
