Comparative Study on Corrosion Properties of Ti-Al hybrid Structures Before and After Repair
By conducting laboratory accelerated tests on the titanium-aluminum two-layer structure, the corrosion performance of titanium aluminum hybrid structures before and after repair was studied.Laboratory accelerated corrosion tests were conducted using environmental spectra to analyze the corrosion performance of titanium aluminum hybrid structures through color difference, glossiness, and corrosion morphology. The titanium aluminum hybrid structure underwent coating repair in the 4th,7th,8th,and 11th cycles.Studies have shown that the loss of light before and after repair decreased by 40.8%,and the color difference decreased by 62.1%,indicating that coating repair has an effect on improving the aging resistance of protective coatings.Timely treatment and repair of the corrosion area of the test piece have extended the corrosion resistance and service life of the structural material.
