Analysis of Reading Deviations Introducing by the Placement Direction of Protractor
This article aims to address the issue of reading deviation caused by the placement of protractors in different directions on an inclined plane.A triangular mathematical model is constructed to derive the formula for calculating the angle,and the amount of deviation introduced by different inclination angles and placement directions is calculated.A comparison test with the content of"the experimentor can judge whether the Angle instrument is correct by naked eye"is designed.Measuring the statistical tester's subjective judgement that a±5 ° deviation in the placement direction will introduce a deviation of'-0.04° to-0.1°'in the angle of the inclined plane,and the proportion of uncertainty component in the expanded uncertainty is evaluated.Summary in environmental test equipment inspection,household and medical device safety testing,without the use of precision tool correction,the visual alignment angle instrument has little effect on the measurement results of bevel Angle.This article provides a reference for the quantitative study of the uncertainty introduced by the placement direction of the angle instrument on the inclined plane.
