Simulation of Mechanical Impact Test for RF Component
The development of communication technology helps to improve the sharing of information resources,and the stability of communication system directly affects the efficiency of information resource transmission.As an important part of the communication system,the RF component uses many materials,has complex internal structure and high packing density,so the mechanical stress has great influence on it.In this paper,finite element analysis is used to simulate the component under mechanical impact load,and the stress distribution of the component is visually displayed,and the strength limit of the component itself can be judged according to the stress distribution results.Finally,the rationality of the simulation model is verified by the actual test,which has a certain guiding significance for the reliability research of RF component.
