在环境试验检测领域,空气炮试验作为一项特殊的冲击试验,其在航空航天领域具有重要的应用,而空气炮试验作为可以模拟真实情景下的冲击被应用日益广泛,但针对空气炮子弹的测速研究却不足.因此,研发一套高精度、高可靠性的空气炮子弹测速系统显得至关重要.本研究基于测速原理,设计并优化了一种基于激光传感器空气炮子弹测速试验系统,以为相关领域的技术进步提供有力支持.通过激光传感器对空气炮子弹速度进行准确测量,不仅可以提高测试系统的整体性能,还可以为空气炮系统的优化和改进提供准确的数据支持.
Research on Air Gun Bullet Containment Test System Based on Laser Sensor Velocity Measurement
In the field of environmental test and detection,explosive separation,as a special impact test,has important applications in the aerospace field.The air gun test is increasingly widely used as an impact that can simulate real scenarios,but the research on the velocity measurement of air gun bullets is insufficient.Therefore,it is very important to develop a set of high precision and high reliability air gun bullet velocity measurement system.Based on the principle of laser sensor velocity measurement,this study designed and optimized an air gun bullet inclusiveness test system to provide strong support for technological progress in related fields.The accurate measurement of the bullet velocity of the air gun through the laser sensor can not only improve the overall performance of the test system,but also provide accurate data support for the optimization and improvement of the air gun system.
