现有运行风电机组的安全保障是实现双碳目标的必由之路,要确保运行风场的机组寿命,必须系统的、科学的认知和了解机组运行环境、运行状况.本文针对某一风场机组进行相关问题的展开和研究,综合考虑了风场实际测风数据、风场地形数据、周边机组数据和目标机组数据等进行实际风场风资源计算,从而得到各机位风资源状况.根据各机位风资源状况,通过对机组进行建模与载荷仿真,获得各机位疲劳载荷.根据实际机组数据进行机组数值建模,结合各机位疲劳载荷,采用数值分析法评估各机位关键部件疲劳寿命.
Research on Life Prediction of Key Components of Wind Turbine Units
The safety and security of the existing operating wind turbines is a necessary way to realize the double-carbon goal.To ensure the life of the operating wind turbines,it is necessary to systematically and scientifically recognize and understand the operating environment and operating conditions of the turbines.In this paper,we carry out the development and study of related issues for a certain wind farm unit,and comprehensively consider the actual wind measurement data of the wind farm,topographic data of the wind farm,data of the neighboring units and data of the target unit,etc.We carry out the calculation of the actual wind resource of the wind farm,so as to obtain the wind resource condition of each machine position.According to the wind resource condition of each machine position,the fatigue load of each machine position is obtained by modeling and load simulation of the machine unit.Based on the actual unit data,numerical modeling of the unit is carried out,and combined with the fatigue load of each unit,the fatigue life of each key component of each unit is evaluated by numerical analysis.
