动车组电磁阀故障分析与预防措施研究

本文提出了动车组电磁阀故障分析方法与预防改进措施.通过模拟实际应用环境,对电磁阀进行失效复现,确定影响电磁阀故障机理与失效原因.结果表明,电磁阀在高温高湿环境下故障模式主要为卡滞漏风,内部表现为结构脱落异物与油脂碳化.日常使用应注重密封与过程抽检,通过该项目研究也为电磁阀失效预防提供了可行方法.
Research on Failure Analysis and Preventive Measures of EMU Train Solenoid Valve
This article proposes a failure analysis method and preventive improvement measures for electromagnetic valves of EMU train.By simulating the actual application environment,the failure of the solenoid valve is replicated to determine the mechanism and cause of the failure affecting the solenoid valve.The results indicate that the main failure mode of the solenoid valve in high temperature and humidity environments is jamming and air leakage,with internal manifestations of structural detachment,foreign objects,and oil carbonization.Attention should be paid to sealing and process sampling in daily use.The research of this project also provides feasible methods for preventing solenoid valve failure.
