针对沿海等环境飞机电子电气设备腐蚀故障高发频发问题,总结分析了电子电气缓蚀剂国内外研究现状,提出了飞机电子电气缓蚀剂技术要求及脱水性、对绝缘导线影响、对电学性能影响等关键指标的检验方法,在此基础上开展四种常用电子电气型缓蚀剂理化性能、环境适应性及防腐性能、材料兼容性和相关电性能指标的对比试验.试验结果表明四种电子电气缓蚀剂的性能优劣,为优选出合适的电子电气型缓蚀剂产品提供了理论和试验依据.
In response to the frequent occurrence of corrosion faults in aircraft electronic and electrical equipment such as occean environment,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current research status of electronic and electrical corrosion inhibitors at home and abroad.Technical requirement of aircraft electronic and electrical corrosion inhibitors,such as performance index and dehydration,impact on insulation wires,and impact on electrical performance,are proposed for inspection.Based on this,comparative tests are conducted on the physical and chemical properties,environmental adaptability,anti-corrosion performance,material compatibility,and related electrical performance index of four commonly used electronic and electrical corrosion inhibitors.The experimental results indicate the performance advantages and disadvantages of the four electronic and electrical corrosion inhibitors,providing theoretical and experimental basis for selecting suitable electronic and electrical corrosion inhibitor products.
