摘要

近年来,商业宇航领域迅猛发展,COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf)元器件因其成本低、技术先进和市场供应充足,逐渐在该领域获得广泛应用.然而,由于空间环境的极端性和任务的高可靠性要求,COTS元器件面临着环境适应性、质量和可靠性以及法规和标准等多方面的挑战.本文探讨了在商业宇航中选用COTS元器件的优势及其所面临的主要挑战,并提出了通过严格的测试和筛选、抗辐射加固技术、冗余设计和供应链管理等策略来应对这些挑战,并展望了COTS元器件应用的未来发展趋势.

Abstract

In recent years,the commercial aerospace sector has experienced rapid development.Commercial Off-The-Shelf(COTS)components have gradually gained widespread application in this field due to their low cost,advanced technology,and abundant market supply.However,the extreme nature of the space environment and the high reliability requirements of missions present multiple challenges for COTS components,including environmental adaptability,quality and reliability,as well as compliance with regulations and standards.This paper explores the advantages of using COTS components in commercial aerospace and the main challenges they face.Furthermore,it proposes strategies to address these challenges through rigorous testing and screening,radiation hardening techniques,redundancy design,and supply chain management.Finally,it provides an outlook on the future development trends of COTS component applications.
